Exchange 2010 failed move request
Today I was migrating mailboxes from Exchange 2003 to new server Exchange 2010. Almost all accounts were working fine except couple. I receive following error:
INSUFF_ACCESS_RIGHTS
Error message:
Active Directory operation failed on SERVER. This error is not retriable. Addition information: Insufficien access rights to perform the operation. Active directory response: 00002098: SecErr: DSID-03150A48, problem 4003 (INSUFF_ACCESS_RIGHTS), data 0
says that I don’t have enought right access to perform move request. When I looked at Security tab of user account object, it looked all fine on firt look. But when I clicked Advanced security settings I notified that this objec is not inheriting permissions from its parent:

After I enabled inheritance from its parent I was able to process move request withtout any problems.
