I was wondering what would Windows XP payload to be. I always thought that there will be random characters or something like that, but I was wrong.

Today, by accident, I found article which describes it http://www.wfu.edu/~stein/work/icmp.html. It’s very interesting, when you ping from Windows XP, you just send JPEG with Microsoft logo.
